Well I got a reply to my ticket today like 5 months later.
And they’re not going to unfreeze my accounts.

They said they had “proof that I bought neopoints/items/pets”…
State that you did not buy anything neopet related from another site, but I would google a bit and let them know about sites that you can buy from. if you google, “buy a uc neopet” a few will come up. But at the same time, giving them information like that could make you look guilty of buying it so maybe you should just ask for what kind of “proof” they have, because you wouldn’t put your account at risk…put so much effort into that account, look at what your pets are painted, saved so much money..so on and so forth.
